Sometimes the Great Clockwork Gods got out of sync; but that wasn't anything a little elbow grease couldn't fix.

how is it that your work has are simultaneously breathtaking, with such amazing stories behind them? it's like looking into a mirror that's somehow alive.

your work reminds me of dave mckean's and neil gaiman's work, like in mirrormask and the sandman. somehow that's the highest compliment i could pay you. gorgeous.

So many gears! I wish I could come up with something cool to say about it, but I just keep scrolling back up to the pic to stare. (It's a good thing.)

Your images sometimes half frighten me, but they always fascinate me. I am most impressed with the very subtle colours found in this. You emply very little contrast and similar colours, yet every detail is crisp and clear. Well done indeed.

I am fascinated by this; I adore clockwork-style images. And black silhouettes. Together, they make love babies.

Oh, looks like waiting was well worth it.

They look so much like those icons in byzantine churches, where everything is covered in carefully carved gold except for the saints' faces. I like it how they even have wings. And everything fits so well together, down to the last gradient. Damn your mad skillz :D

May I ask what is the little rectangle...thing in the corner?

:iconnyctopterus:

The rectangle thing is my signature, it's in most of my pictures without the rectangle around it, some with.

Elegant, stately.
I like the way the tree brings a touch of life, or at least the organic, into the mechanistic setting.
