Well, it's been a good first day back. People to watch, favourites, badges, hypes and everything. Comments too! (Like the old days.) Thanks everyone. Things have changed here, of course. But I found the green theme, suppressed the AI, and got a browser extension to redirect the home page to my watch list, and it's starting to feel pretty usable and familiar. I'm finding the sorts of art I don't find elsewhere; that's really good. I think categories are gone? I guess my unfulfilled dream of getting to the top of the Vector category will just have to be forever cast to the mists of internet time ;P .

Hi, not sure how many people are still here, but I'm back after a short.... 14 years holy moly, and will be uploading again. I'm going to be auto-uploading all the things you have missed, and anything new I get up to. I will be following people again, as I think virtually everyone I followed has left. I will take recommendations. Vector artists and anyone doing something a little weird or strange in my wheelhouse.

Bit of a false dawn there, but I'm back now.
This is good. dA is a messed up as ever, but there's no place like it. I hit nineteen years in January.
I think I left because dA always seemed quite messy and teenager-y I guess. I was 30, and it was time to put away such childish things. Anyway, now I'm 40... something and the mess seems attractive.
In any case it can't be any worse than xitter.
